Livi Stitches products are available for purchase 24 hours a day. You can contact me Monday through Saturday via email at livistitches@yahoo.com and I will do my best to get back to you within 24 hours. I take sundays off to spend time with my family but I will respond on Monday. How long will it take for my order to be custom made? TOP
All orders are made to order based on your selections. Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time the order was placed for it to be completed and shipped. Why does it take 3-4 weeks for orders to be completed? TOP
Livi Stitches clothing is handmade completely by me. I am a stay at home mom to a sweet little 3 year old and I run Livi Stitches in what little spare time I have each day. I also receive quite a few orders each month and I process them in the order they were received. What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept Visa, Matercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. A state sales tax of 6% will be charged to all orders shipped to an Alabama address. Do you take rush orders? TOP
If you need an order before my 3-4 week turn around time please contact me to see if I can meet your request before placing your order. What is your shipping method? TOP
All items are shipped through USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Please allow 5 days for your order to reach it's destination once it has been shipped. Please note that I ship to the address confirmed by Paypal. Please be sure that your desired shipping address is reflected in your Paypal account. How much will it cost for my package to be shipped? TOP
A $5.00 flat rate shipping charge will apply to all purchases. This charge covers USPS Priority Mail. How will my purchase be packaged? TOP
All items will be wrapped in a plastic bag and shipped in a large envelope. What if my purchase is a gift? TOP
If the item is a gift or you need it shipped to a different address, please contact me with the prefered shipping address. Do you ship internationally? TOP
I will happily ship internationally just please contact me first for rates. What is your return policy? TOP
Due to the customization of our items, all sales are final and are not available for return or exchange. How should I wash and care for Livi Stitches clothing? TOP
We recommend that all products are washed in cold water with like colored items on delicate cycle and air dried. What size should I select? TOP
How will the fabric be placed for my applique design and what color thread will be used? TOP
Each item is individually made so fabric placement and thread colors may vary. If you have a preference for the thread color used to create your applique or monogram please let me know in the comments section of your order, if not thread color will be selected at designers choice to compliment the fabric. What brands of shirts and onesies do you use? TOP
Girls t-shirts are made by Rabbit Skins and American Apparel. Boys t-shirts are made by Rabbit Skins and Garanimals. Onesies are made by Gerber and Carters. If you are concerned about the sizing of a shirt please contact me and I will send you brand information and specific measurements. How often do you add new fabric? TOP
I usually change out my fabric collections 2 times per year. I usually keep a few favorites, add a few new fabric options and discontinue a few fabric options. I also offer a limited edition of special occassion outfits thoughout the year for holidays. Do you do wholesale? TOP
